I am available for face to face personal training sessions throughout the South East of the UK.

I am determined to help you transform yourself both from a psychological and physical perspective, I will offer a free consultation and will then be on hand to guide you through various High Intensity Interval Training sessions which will be a mixture of resistance and cardio exercises. I will also discuss with you and work on nutritional plans which I adhered to throughout his 1-365 Burpee Challenge in 2016. In addition, I will also create 4-week training plans to improve your cardiovascular fitness and reduce body fat.
